Create and promote a customer friendly, professional store
When the General Manager is absent, you are the anchor of the entire organization of a Forever 21 store with a 4000m² surface. You will recruit, manage, motivate and develop the sales team to guarantee a “Forever 21 experience” on a continuous basis.
You are co-responsible for selling the collections, and motivating and directing the store personnel. To make sure the required sales numbers, growth and costs are obtained, you will coach your personnel and bring the best out of each individual. The client is the centre of your attention and you understand the fast-paced character of Retail. In order to do so, you are able to give guidelines in a flexible way and adapt them according to the daily needs. You make use of a tight schedule in order to plan, organize, follow and complete your tasks. You look after a correct visualization of the entire collection at every moment of the day, according to the philosophy and goals of Forever 21.
Motivator and Source of Inspiration
Apart from a decent education, you can rely on profound experience in managing large store surfaces or as a district manager. You have at least 2 to 5 years experience in controlling a large team. As an open and honest communicator, you possess excellent skills in training and motivating your team. You are able to give them constructive feedback in order to maximize performance. Thanks to your ambitious character, obtaining results through multitasking, setting the right priorities and organizing will be no problem. Your positive attitude makes you look for improvement and new sales opportunities. You combine strong interpersonal competences with a punctual working method.
