Style Counsel founder Noëlla Heylen has more than 15 years of experience in fashion and retail. She knows the business like no other. “I've been both a client and a candidate for several recruitment agencies. After successfully building teams and working with marketing, visual merchandisers and other headquarter positions I felt the urge to move into recruitment myself - enabling me to use the skills and knowledge which served me so well during my professional career.”

With Style Counsel, Noëlla aims to be both a soundboard for fashion professionals seeking advice on how to shape their career as well as the go-to person for finding the right hire for companies. “Clients can call on me to help them find the right person to fit into the available role and most important of all, into their company culture.”

Bianca Ceulemans only needs one word to describe her career: “Retail”. This self-made woman started in retail fresh out of school and has since then worked her way up the corporate ladder. She occupied positions varying from sales advisor to HR director in major players in fashion retail like Inditex and WE.

Trough the years, Bianca's “on the job” experience has been reinforced with outside training like a master's degree from Vlerick Management School, taking her skill set to another level in HR and people management. “After more than 20 years of experience I can say that my world is the Retail World! I understand the business, I speak the language and I love the people that work in this fast forward industry. My passion is to bring out the best in people.”
